POSSESS is made up of ordinary people doing extraordinary things.   Our very first POSSESS Member Spotlight highlights Connie Smith of Warren County Social Services.
The co-worker who nominated Connie had this to say about her: “She goes above and beyond for clients, applications, coworkers & family. She deserves to have the light shine on her for her amazing work ethic and for the long unpaid hours she has given this Social Services agency. She truly is one of a kind & could NOT be replaced!”
Connie has worked at Warren County Social Services for eight years as an Administrative Program Assistant. When asked about her favorite part of her job, Connie simply responded, “helping people”.
Connie has four children and five adorable grandchildren. Family is everything to her. She also enjoys playing golf and spending time with her three dogs and two cats.
