Registration is now open for our Fall 2026 Conference, “Seas the Day.” The conference will be held Wednesday, October 28 through Friday, October 30, 2026, in Norfolk, Virginia.

Conference registration is open to both members and non-members and is filling quickly—please register early so you don’t miss this exciting event!

We have been working diligently with our state partners to bring you relevant and substantive workshops you won’t want to miss. 

Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in your conference registration. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to reserve your hotel room. Be sure to read this confirmation carefully, as it contains hotel rates and other important conference details. Once the conference room block is full (or October 6^th , whichever comes first), sleeping room reservations cannot be guaranteed.
